Inheriting property in Taiwan can be overwhelming, especially when legal terms like "Tabulated Management" come into play. If your family member owned real estate in Luzhu or Dayuan District and it has been more than a year since their passing, you might receive an official reminder from us.
The public announcement period runs from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026 (a total of 3 months). Please be advised that once this period expires, the property will officially enter the "Tabulated Management" phase in accordance with regulations.
